1st October 2002 – ITR Awarded “Top 5 Enterprise IT Solutions Expert”

China's Information Industry Ministry honored IT Resources (ITR) as one of China's top 5 national "Enterprise IT Solutions Experts" at their awards ceremony held in Beijing on September 28th 2002.

The annual competition to choose the top systems integrators in China is conducted by the MII's testing and evaluation center as a way of ranking the nation’s leading IT companies.

This year’s competition included companies drawn from all over China who were nominated by committee members as representing exceptional skills, value and breadth of services. In presenting the award, the judges cited ITR's detailed approach to integrating its wide range of IT solutions, with its emphasis on raising user productivity and smooth integration into global corporate networks. The cited solutions included structured cabling, telephone and networking systems, as well as core software applications.

In September, ITR also announced a new partnership with Citrix to support multinational clients in China. Citrix is the worldwide leader in remote access thin client solutions, and ITR has qualified support staff in both Beijing and Shanghai.
