In order to enjoy the conditions bellow, you need to issue the Letter of Intent (LOI) on or before March 31st and the Purchase Order on or before May 15, 2007.
One of the following conditions may be applicable to each existing client installed base extension:
- For each call center agent and handset, at ITR's discretion and subject to the general conditions, you will be eligible to receive 700 RMB per digital extension port upon trading in your existing digital telephone system and handsets for a new Cisco IPCC system and the equivalent number of 7940 or higher handsets.
- For each digital extension port and handset, at ITR's discretion and subject to the general conditions, you will be eligible to receive 500 RMB per digital extension port upon trading in your existing digital telephone system and handsets for a new Cisco IP system and handsets.
- For each analog extension port and handset, at ITR's discretion and subject to the general conditions, you will be eligible to receive 200 RMB per analog extension port upon trading in your existing analog telephone system and handsets for a new Cisco IP system and handsets.
**Buyback Campaign, Phase 2 – Quarter 2 2007: September 1, 2007 to October 31, 2007
In order to enjoy the conditions bellow, you need to issue the Letter of Intent (LOI) on or before October 31 and the Purchase Order on or before Nov 31, 2007
- For each call center agent and handset, at ITR's discretion and subject to the general conditions, you will be eligible to receive 500 RMB per digital extension port upon trading in your existing digital telephone system and handsets for a new Cisco IPCC system and the equivalent number of 7940 or higher handsets.
- For each digital extension port and handset, at ITR's discretion and subject to the general conditions, you will be eligible to receive 350 RMB per digital extension port upon trading in your existing digital telephone system and handsets for a new Cisco IP system and handsets.
- For each analog extension port and handset, at ITR's discretion and subject to the general conditions, you will be eligible to receive 150 RMB per analog extension port upon trading in your existing analog telephone system and handsets for a new Cisco IP system and handsets.
General conditions:
The following General Conditions will apply - trade-in credit eligibility requires
- Existing installed base in China (incl. Hong Kong and Macao),some of which must beusing non-IP PBX systems. Installed base can be at a previous location.
- Trade in of full existing operational system, including control cabinets, motherboard, trunk line cards, extension line cards and telephone sets. 'Digital' telephone sets are defined as multi-function handsets with LCD, at least 8 function keys and in good working order.
- Purchase of equivalentnumber of CiscoIPT handsets and licenses.
