Volkswagen China Volkswagen first came to China in 1984 with the establishment of Shanghai Volkswagen. Since then, Volkswagen has made itself a nationally recognized brand name with factories and offices throughout China. ITR first began working with Volkswagen Group China in 1999 with an upgrade of the voice network in their Beijing World Trade Center office. Beijing Digital IT Broadband Networks Beijing Digital ITBN was founded in late 2000 as one of the capital area’s first providers of broadband Internet access over the cable TV network. Since then, Beijing Digital has grown to offer Internet access through building connections, cable modems, ISDN dial-up, and E1 connectivity in both Beijing and Shanghai. ITR has provided comprehensive consultancy, planning, and integration services to Beijing Digital since it was founded. In 2002 we completed roll-out of a hybrid fiber-coaxial broadband network to 40,000 residential nodes in the Changping district. Later that year, ITR engineers helped Beijing Digital become one of the first ISP’s in Beijing to implement fiber connectivity throughout the city. Projects scope:
DHL-Sinotrans Founded in 1986 as a joint venture between DHL and Sinotrans, DHL-Sinotrans is now one of the largest providers of international express air mail inside and outside of China. ITR first worked with DHL-Sinotrans during a call center installation in the Beijing suburbs when DHL required a quality provider of standardized systems for small and medium contact centers. Since then, ITR has implemented LAN based call center monitoring packages throughout China as part of a Chinawide service agreement.
