Pre-Sales Consultant        Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Technical consultant
  2. Understand product knowledge
  3. Create solutions and write proposal
  4. Quality Assurance - Troubleshooting for client’s and ITR’s systems
  5. Assist in project management
  6. Make correct and timely documentation record and finish the other work the company assigned

Job Requirements:

  1. More than 2 years in networking project implementation and management experiences on site
  2. More than 1 year experience in pre-sale support, business consultant and design. Excellent communication and coordination
  3. Good writing solution and presentation skills. Should be a good problem solver and has a sense of service
  4. Strong analyze and conclude capability. Can understand business and write the solution quickly
  5. Good English skills (spoken and writing especially)

 

Shanghai
Account Manager        Location: Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work in teams to build relationships with key client personnel and solve their IT needs
  2. Assist in the design and implementation of new client acquisition campaigns
  3. Coordinate, plan and assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for clients 
  4. Spread knowledge, provide unasked-for help, help to keep promises to clients, minimize costs, maximize return wherever reasonably possible
  5. Document your work (i.e. creating ongoing regular documentation of the customer relationship using ITR’s internal CRM tools

Job Requirements:

  1. A university degree plus good English.
  2. 2+ years sales exp.
  3. Highly-motivated, results-oriented individual, and be a good team player.
  4. Ability to multi-task & work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  5. Strong powers of persuasion & presentation
  6. Confident phone, written & face-to-face communication skill at C-level & below

 

BD Executive        Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify the partners who have access to clients for IT services
  2. Identify potential projects in the East China area
  3. Build up good relationship with foreign embassies & chambers of commerce & bureaus of the government & registration offices, etc
  4. Proactively develop business alliance with channels and clients and record them in database
  5. Provide the assistance to the Dept manager in other matters when necessary etc
  6. Build up good relationship with Development Zones in East China Area

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree plus 2 years working experience of sales or business development
  2. Good speaking and writing ability in both English and Chinese
  3. Experiences in IT Integration, real estate companies, or related government bureaus preferred
  4. Good knowledge in business such as IT and Commercial property
  5. Excellent communication skill, team work spirit, can work under pressure

 

Network Engineer        Location: Beijing

General Requirement:

  1. 2-year working experience with IT Integration Company
  2. 2-year LAN/WAN support experience
  3. Good communication skill and troubleshooting skill
  4. College degree or above
  5. College degree or above

Technical Requirements:

  1. With CCNP above or equivalent certificate
  2. Cisco VoIP experience is a plus
  3. Cisco IPT experience is a plus
  4. Good English spoken & written skills is a plus
